Overview
The Strengthening, Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning outcomes for accelerated efforts to end FGM/C in Nigeria is a project aimed at supporting organizations to measure changes in social norms that underpin FGM/C using community participatory research and capacity building on social norm change.
Project Deliverables
- Improved understanding of social norms and norm change as well as development of cutting edge tools, resources and products that will support organizations and community’s measure change in norms that underpin and reinforce gender based violence (GBV) and other harmful traditional practices like Female Genital Mutilation/Cutting.
- Comprehensive Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Outcomes for accelerated growth in the social movement for ending Female Genital Mutilation/ Cutting by building the capacity of frontline activists and Community Based Organisations that are working to end Female Genital Mutilation/Cutting.
